To Whom it may concern,
I have had the distinct pleasure of purchasing a home in Spring Branch,
Texas from Heart of Texas Custom Homes. Jim was attentive to all our desires
in the process of the building of our home and was very customer service
oriented to any issues that arose (and they were minor) once we were in our
new home. Phone calls were responded to promptly and with an urgency that
is rare in the building industry. The materials used in the construction
of the home were top quality and Jim's supervision in the pursuit of
excellence of the "end product" was clearly evident. In short, Jim is
largely an "anomaly" in the building industry in that he strives for
perfection and 100% customer satisfaction with his customers. I invite
anyone to come out and see what an outstanding job he's done with our home.
In closing, I would heartily recommend Heart of Texas Custom Homes to anyone
