Dear Jim and Marti,
We want to thank you for the wonderful job you did in building our beautiful new home. Your assistance was invaluable. From helping us locate a lot, to designing a floor plan, to placing the house on our lot, to completing the building, you did a wonderful job. You spent much time helping us through all of the countless details that went into this project. We really appreciate your helping us choose everything from shingles to floor coverings and everything in between. We appreciate your creativity in finding a way for us to stay within our budget and have almost all of what we wanted. Your knowledge of home building is excellent and we appreciate your patience in explaining the nuances surrounding a properly built structure. Your supervision of the sub-contractors resulted in every little detail coming together just right. Everyone who visits our home is very complimentary of its beauty and comfort. As we enjoy this comfort and beauty, what we appreciate most is the security of knowing that it is soundly built. Your pride in your work and your honesty was evident throughout the building of our house. These qualities are so rare in today’s marketplace.
